Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind what we make.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. You may choose either a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size or colour.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must not be a sale or discounted product (exchange only allowed)

How to raise a return or exchange request:

  1. Fill the Return / Exchange form on our website under Support.
  2. We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
  3. We arrange reverse pick-up for all returns and exchanges.
  4. For returns, a ₹149 return shipping fee is deducted from the final refund amount.
  5. Exchanges are offered at no additional shipping cost once per order.
  6. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges are prioritised and dispatched within 2-3 business days

ELMNTS.studio reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend size up for a relaxed fit or size down for a closer fit.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. You can also reach out to us on WhatsApp for updates.

How should I care for my ELMNTS pieces?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
Do not tumble dry.
Iron on low heat.
Do not bleach. 

Each garment includes a care label — please follow it.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on Instagram to stay updated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and major wallets via Razorpay.

I received a wrong or damaged item. What do I do?

We sincerely apologise. Please email us at hello@elmnts.studio within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve it immediately at no additional cost.
